The Estonian Delegation of Government and Civic Leaders and their Bicultural/lingual Facilitator are here as part of the Open World program, which is administered by the Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL). During their stay in Illinois, the delegates will meet with various institutions and sustainability experts to discuss Illinois’ efforts to be more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
